ssh2_scp_recv — Request a file via SCP
$session, string $remote_file, string $local_file): boolCopy a file from the remote server to the local filesystem using the SCP protocol.
sessionAn SSH connection link identifier, obtained from a call to ssh2_connect().
remote_filePath to the remote file.
local_filePath to the local file.
成功時(shí)返回 true， 或者在失敗時(shí)返回 false。
